Maybe it doesn't create a local file if the cloud option nis enabled? Well it seems like Windows is hiding this folder completely (enabled show hidden elements) because I can find it with File Commander. I used the Android app "File Commander" to seath for the word sav (the file extention of the save files). There are several root folders on my device. On my Sony Xperia Z Tablet, I think the folder was in the Storage00 folder (or something similar). Good luck in keeping your vault safe and sustainable in the midst of a post-apocalyptic world.
